FASTRAYŽ ventilated cable trays
are an ideal substitute for conduit and basket tray.
Features & Benefits:
· QUICK CABLE INSTALLATION, INSPECTION AND REPAIR.
The FASTRAYŽ cable tray systems unique design
allows for quick and easy cable installation, inspection
and repair.
· MORE SAVINGS REDUCED INSTALLATION COSTS.
The FASTRAYŽ cable tray system is normally installed
without any conventional hardware (nuts and bolts),
or numerous tools. All that is required is a flat headed
screw driver, the unique connector bracket and the quick
and easy FASTRAYŽ clip. Installation time is decreased,
reducing installation costs and therefore increasing
savings. Our fittings are shipped flat and are folded
by hand in the field at the time of installation eliminating
the need for costly field fabrication. By shipping the
fittings flat, we are able to reduce freight and warehousing
costs, therefore passing on the savings to the customer.

· SIMPLER DESIGN.
Alternate ladder tray systems require many different
components or far more complex installation processes
to achieve so called field labour savings. The FASTRAYŽ
system is simplistic, utilizing fewer components and
generates greater design load capacities.
· CSA & NEC APPROVED

Resources
FASTRAYŽ cable tray lengths were load tested to destruction
under the auspices of CSA as per C22.2 No.126.1-02.
Load testing was conducted on a non-catalogue (customer specified)
product. This aluminum tray had 100mm (4) siderails vs. 50mm
(2). This model of FASTRAYŽ fulfills the requirements
of CSA Load Class C with a design load of 97 kg/m (65lbs/ft).
FASTRAYŽ is a new lightweight alternative for installations
requiring more protection and greater design load than either wire
basket (Load Class ???) or communication channel (Load Class A
37 kg/m). The FASTRAYŽ cable management system is not intended
to replace traditional CSA Load Class C applications. Often times
the designer is forced to use a more expensive Class C product because
the particular application calls for a system that has a higher
design load and greater width than what Load Class A has to offer.
